About Emily: With over 15 years of dedicated experience in immigration law, Emily has successfully managed a broad spectrum of cases, including filing various waivers, adjustment of status applications, and facilitating family reunification with compassion and efficiency. She possesses extensive expertise in assisting victims of crimes and human trafficking, ensuring they receive the critical protections and benefits they rightfully deserve. Moreover, she provides thorough guidance to clients throughout the naturalization process, helping them confidently achieve U.S. citizenship. Emily's practice also involves representing clients during interviews with USCIS, passionately advocating on their behalf to navigate the often complex and challenging immigration procedures, ultimately working to secure the most favorable outcomes possible. Emily also speaks Spanish, enabling her to communicate effectively and assist Spanish-speaking clients throughout their immigration journey.
