Intro to Mind (ITM): A 9-Week Meditation Series with Dana This nine-week mind science series invites you to slow down, notice, and steady your mind — especially in the face of uncertainty. Together, we’ll explore meditation in a practical, approachable way. Each week explores simple tools you can use in daily life — when sitting, moving, and connecting with others. Over nine weeks, we’ll also explore how water, food, sleep, music, movement, stillness, community, and meditation shape how we live and how we experience the world — in a supportive community of fellow practitioners. The series is divided into three parts: Weeks 1–3: Mind at Rest During these weeks, we’ll focus on finding moments of rest and steadiness in the space between thoughts and in the face of sensations and emotions — especially when life feels busy or uncertain.
