Chair Yoga – Mondays at 9 AM Join us every Monday morning at 9:00 AM for a gentle and accessible Chair Yoga class, led by Breann, a certified trauma-sensitive yoga teacher and experienced massage therapist. Breann brings over 20 years of experience in guiding others toward greater body awareness, healing, and relaxation. This class is designed for everyone – whether you are new to yoga, have limited mobility, or are looking for a mindful and soothing way to start your week. Chair Yoga allows you to experience the benefits of yoga without needing to get down on a mat. What to Expect: • Seated and standing postures using the chair for support • Gentle stretches to enhance flexibility • Breathing exercises to calm the mind and body • Movements to promote better circulation and balance ✨ No experience necessary – come as you are!
